SKIMS is scaling globally and needs strategic retail leadership to drive wholesale partnerships and physical retail presence. You'll shape how one of the fastest-growing intimates brands shows up in department stores, franchises, and retail locations worldwide.
Your Mission
Develop and present comprehensive wholesale and franchise marketing strategy aligned with FY goals
Audit and optimize current retail partnership relationships; identify top 5 accounts for strategic focus
Launch integrated marketing plan for 2-3 flagship retail activations or store openings
Build and onboard core retail marketing team; establish cross-functional collaboration cadence
Execute and measure performance of 4+ regional wholesale campaigns; target 15%+ uplift in partner channel revenue
Develop account-specific marketing playbooks for top 10 wholesale/franchise partners
Establish retail marketing metrics dashboard tracking brand visibility, foot traffic, and conversion by channel
Lead launch of new digital retail messaging platform supporting 50+ retail locations

Partner Satisfaction Score
Quarterly NPS from wholesale and franchise partners on marketing support and campaign execution.
Campaign Conversion Rate
Percentage of retail visitors converting to purchase following account-specific marketing initiatives.
