DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join a Global Brand & Marketing team supporting the growth and positioning of an internationally recognized portfolio of Science & Technology academic programs.
This role will be responsible for executing integrated marketing initiatives that drive brand visibility, support student recruitment, and strengthen the market positioning of the institution's academic offerings.
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, the Marketing Specialist will collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Brand, Admissions, Academic, Recruitment, and Regional teams to execute multi-channel campaigns, develop compelling content, optimize customer journeys, and monitor marketing performance.

Key Responsibilities
Product Marketing & Content
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for a portfolio of Science & Technology academic programs.
- Create engaging marketing content across multiple channels, including websites, email campaigns, presentations, brochures, landing pages, video briefs, and social media.
- Define clear program messaging and value propositions while ensuring consistency across all marketing touchpoints.
- Coordinate the development of commercial and promotional materials to support global recruitment initiatives.
- Performance Analytics & Strategic Planning
- Support the monitoring of program performance throughout the recruitment funnel, including lead generation, applications, admissions, and enrollments.
- Analyze marketing dashboards and KPIs to identify trends, conversion gaps, and growth opportunities.
- Translate marketing and recruitment data into actionable insights, collaborating with Digital Marketing, Admissions, and Recruitment teams to optimize performance.
Contribute to annual marketing planning by defining campaign roadmaps, recruitment milestones, and communication priorities. Participate in forecasting discussions and regular performance reviews to maximize recruitment results. Collaboration & Project Management
- Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality execution.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives involving Academic, Admissions, Digital Marketing, Brand, Design, Recruitment teams, and external agencies.
- Support the planning and execution of recruitment campaigns, webinars, events, and new program launches.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Science, Engineering, Technology, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in marketing, communications, consulting, advertising, or digital marketing, preferably within an international organization. Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously. Analytical mindset with experience interpreting marketing performance metrics and campaign results. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Proactive, solution-oriented approach with a continuous improvement mindset. Genuine interest in science, technology, engineering, mathematics, or emerging innovations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluent English and Spanish. Eligibility to work in Spain.
