The Challenge
Siemens Digital Industries is racing to connect the physical and digital worlds through digital twins and industrial AI. You'll build visibility for their flagship Digital Experience Center—a hub on Paris-Saclay (France's MIT) moving to Arts et Métiers campus—and help shape how European industry discovers cutting-edge Siemens solutions.
Your Mission
Audit current DEC web presence and launch 4+ refreshed web updates showcasing use cases and client success stories
Build LinkedIn strategy and publish 2x weekly DEC content, targeting 500+ engaged followers in industrial tech community
Collect and document 5+ concrete use cases from client visits to create case study library
Support DEC campus move planning (Jan 2027): document current comms assets and identify digital experience improvements
Hit 1,500+ LinkedIn followers with 15%+ engagement rate through consistent DEC storytelling and client highlights
Launch interactive visit tool (web/mobile component) and measure adoption across 50+ visiting clients
Establish and benchmark DEC maturity framework against 3+ international Siemens DEC sites; identify 5 best practice gaps
Drive 20+ qualified VIP client invitations through sales pipeline collaboration; track conversion to site visits and deals

- You're in your first year of a Marketing/Communications Master's and want real-world B2B growth experience at scale

- You're looking for guaranteed salary above €25K or equity upside (this is a 1-2 year apprenticeship role)
- You have zero interest in industrial tech, B2B marketing, or hands-on content creation—prefer pure strategy or analytics
