What you'll do

Sesto Synergy is a founder-led B2C brand creating custom, made-to-order wedding rings through a mix of precision manufacturing, design, and hand-finishing craftsmanship.

We are small enough that your work will matter immediately, but established enough that there is a real growth opportunity in front of us. We are looking for the person who can help build the next stage of our marketing engine .

We are looking for a hands-on growth marketer who can own the path from:

customer insight → campaign idea → ad creative → landing page → email/SMS follow-up → testing → reporting → iteration.

You do not need to personally be the best designer, copywriter, media buyer, editor, and email marketer all at once. But you do need to understand how each piece works, know what good looks like, and be able to execute directly or manage freelancers/partners to get it done.

What you will own

You will lead growth across paid, creative, funnel, and retention.

Responsibilities include:

  • Build and manage the creative testing system for paid social and other acquisition channels.
  • Develop campaign concepts based on customer psychology, product positioning, objections, emotions, and buying triggers.
  • Create, brief, or direct ad creative including hooks, angles, short-form videos, static ads, UGC-style concepts, and product storytelling.
  • Work with the founder to sharpen brand positioning, offers, messaging, and customer segments.
  • Improve landing pages, product pages, lead capture, and conversion paths.
  • Own or manage email/SMS campaigns and lifecycle flows.
  • Review performance data weekly and turn results into next actions.
  • Manage external creators, editors, designers, freelancers, or agencies as needed.
  • Build repeatable systems so marketing becomes more predictable over time.
  • Report clearly on what is working, what is not, and what we are testing next.

Who you are

You are probably a fit if:

  • You have 5+ years in growth marketing, performance marketing, e-commerce, DTC, paid social, creative strategy, or a related role.
  • You have owned campaigns from idea to execution, not just one piece of the process.
  • You understand Meta/TikTok/Google-style performance creative and how hooks, angles, pacing, offers, and landing pages affect results.
  • You are comfortable with numbers: CAC, ROAS, MER, AOV, conversion rate, contribution margin, email revenue, and creative testing data.
  • You can make things happen without waiting for a big team.
  • You are creative, but not chaotic.
  • You like working close to the founder.
  • You want the upside and responsibility of helping build a brand.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Rochester, NY 14605
