Our cleint support team plays a crucial role in building strong client relationships and executing effective operational strategies. We’re currently seeking an Influencer Marketing Speciailist to join our team and support our continued growth.
About the Role
We are looking for a creative and highly organized Influencer Marketing Specialist to support the execution and growth of our influencer and digital marketing campaigns. This role will be responsible for identifying and recruiting influencers, managing campaign execution, developing creative briefs, and coordinating multiple marketing projects simultaneously.
The ideal candidate has strong marketing fundamentals, experience working with influencers, and a passion for creating engaging content across platforms such as TikTok, Meta platforms, and YouTube.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Research, identify, and recruit influencers aligned with campaign goals and brand positioning.
- Manage influencer outreach, onboarding, and maintain strong relationships with creators.
Ensure timely delivery of influencer content and review submissions, providing feedback and approving final deliverables.
- Develop clear creative briefs and translate brand messaging into engaging storytelling for influencer and paid campaigns across platforms such as TikTok and Meta.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure campaign narratives align with overall brand strategy and business goals.
- Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, track deadlines, and maintain organized workflows to ensure campaigns run smoothly, even under tight timelines.
- Support the design, implementation, and optimization of marketing campaigns across digital channels.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
Support the growth and management of the company’s YouTube channel, including content planning, YouTube Shorts optimization, and performance analysis to increase engagement and viewership. Skills and Qualifications 2+ years of experience in marketing, influencer marketing, or digital marketing. Experience working with social media creators and influencer campaigns. Strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience with social media platforms, especially TikTok, Meta platforms, and YouTube. Analytical mindset with the ability to review content performance and optimize campaigns.
