Working across marketing and technical teams, you’ll support day-to-day marketing activities by keeping timelines on track, information organized, and materials accurate. You’ll gain hands-on experience across marketing operations within a collaborative, remote environment that values reliability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
This Opportunity
- Coordinate administrative aspects of marketing-related conferences, events, and sponsorships.
- Track sponsorship benefits and support internal teams in fully utilizing available opportunities.
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and logistics across assigned marketing activities to ensure deadlines are met.
- Support organization, accuracy, and consistency across marketing systems and data (e.g., CRM, file management tools).
- Assist with digital asset management (DAM), including file organization, tagging, and ongoing maintenance.
- Support employee resume setups and updates using established templates and tools.
- Assist with formatting, quality control, and brand consistency across marketing materials.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support development of marketing content using established templates and processes.
- Assist with award submittals and project-related content coordination.
- Utilize AI powered tools to support content development and improve efficiency.
- Provide general coordination and support across marketing initiatives as needed.

- High School Diploma or GED.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience supporting projects, events, or administrative workflows in a professional environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and follow established processes.
- Comfort working across multiple systems and tools (e.g., CRM platforms, Teams, file management tools).
- Interest in AI-powered marketing tools and emerging technologies.
- Ability to build strong relationships across remote teams.
- Candidates located in AZ, CO, FL, or TX.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in marketing, communications, or a business-related field.
- Experience with and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud/InDesign.
- Experience with digital tools (e.g., Monday.com, HubSpot, Aprimo).
- Experience working in a remote team environment.
Base compensation is expected to be in the range of $22 and $25 per hour based on skill set and experience. Check out our full benefits package at SEH Hiring Journey.
