Build the marketing engine of a category-defining AI company in the supply chain space!


  • Salary - $180K + benefits
  • San Francisco - Full-Time On-Site


We’re working with a fast-growing B2B SaaS startup transforming the supply chain and logistics space through AI. Backed by strong funding and led by experienced operators, they’re now looking for a Head of Marketing to take full ownership of their marketing function and scale it from the ground up.


This is a hands on and leadership role where you’ll define strategy, execute campaigns, and build a high-performing marketing engine across multiple channels.


The Role

As Head of Marketing, you will own the entire marketing lifecycle, from brand positioning and demand generation through to events, content, and digital acquisition. You’ll work closely with the founders, sales, and product teams to drive pipeline, elevate brand presence, and position the company as a leader in AI for supply chain.


What You’ll Be Doing

You will own and execute the end-to-end marketing strategy, building and scaling demand generation campaigns across digital channels while leading the event and conference strategy, including industry events, owned events, and field marketing. You’ll develop and manage paid acquisition across platforms such as LinkedIn and Google, while also driving organic growth through social media and content. Alongside this, you’ll shape brand positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy, working closely with sales to optimise lead generation and conversion, and ultimately build and lead the marketing team as the company grows.


What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in a

    Head of Marketing / Marketing Lead

    role within B2B SaaS
  • Experience in

    startup or high-growth environments

    (0→1 or 1→10 scaling)
  • Strong understanding of

    multi-channel marketing

    (events, paid, organic, content)
  • Track record of driving

    pipeline and revenue impact

  • Experience marketing

    technical products

    (AI, SaaS, supply chain, or similar preferred)
  • Hands-on mindset, comfortable executing as well as strategising
  • Based in (or willing to relocate to)

    San Francisco
