The Challenge

Searchability is building AI-powered solutions for complex enterprise workflows. You'll own end-to-end growth-from demand gen to community-scaling from early traction to Series B, across a tech-savvy, AI-driven team.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit current marketing stack and execution; establish baseline metrics across demand gen, organic, and paid channels

Launch integrated content strategy (3-4 thought leadership pieces, 1 customer case study) positioning Searchability as AI education leader

Implement marketing automation workflows in HubSpot; map customer journey and identify top conversion bottlenecks

Align messaging framework with product and engineering on 2-3 upcoming feature launches

By 6 Months
1

Scale demand generation pipeline 40%+ YoY; optimize paid search and email nurture for 20%+ improvement in CAC efficiency

Build and lead marketing team of 2-3 (content, demand gen, or ops hire); document processes and playbooks

Establish SEO authority: publish 12+ assets, achieve top 3 rankings for 5+ core keywords in AI + automation space

  • You need a larger salary floor (expect Bay Area B2B SaaS Head of Growth range to be $180K-$250K + equity; this is at market floor)
