The Challenge

SBS is transforming enterprise banking with modern digital solutions (Digital Banking Suite, Open Banking, AI). You'll lead a borderless community of sales specialists across Paris, Brussels, London, and Dubai to win against nimble fintech competitors and accelerate adoption of next-gen banking products.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Map the Digital Growth Squad across all 4 regions; establish baseline pipeline, win rates, and competitive positioning for Digital Banking/Payments/Lending solutions

2

Co-author and launch go-to-market playbooks and battlecards for 3 core product lines with regional sales leaders and product teams

3

Support closure of 2-3 strategic EMEA deals as senior sales escalation; document winning tactics and lessons learned

4

Conduct first knowledge-sharing forum across country teams; identify top 5 competitive insights and sharing mechanisms

By 6 Months
1

Drive 25%+ increase in Digital solutions pipeline coverage across EMEA; establish monthly pipeline health reviews with each region

Build and operationalize digital sales playbook suite; measure adoption rates and win-rate uplift vs. baseline by product line

3

Deliver 4+ customer reference case studies and expand competitive intelligence framework; measure competitive win/loss ratio improvement

Coach and develop 3-5 high-potential Digital Solutions Sales Specialists toward regional leadership; establish mentorship and feedback cadence

Total qualified pipeline for Digital Banking Suite, Payments, Lending, Open Banking, and AI solutions; track by region and product line monthly.

Win Rate vs. Niche Competitors

Percentage of competitive deals won against fintech and digital-native rivals; benchmark by product and region.

Deal Acceleration (Strategic Deals)

Average time from escalation to closure and revenue contribution from deals you personally supported as senior sales leader.

Playbook & Enablement Adoption

% of country teams actively using digital sales playbooks and battlecards; tracked via CRM usage and deal review.

Cross-Country Knowledge Sharing

Frequency of knowledge-sharing forums, competitive insight updates, and best-practice dissemination across the squad.

  • You're fluent in English and speak French or another European language; you're comfortable traveling 20-30% across 4 regions

  • You lack experience in enterprise B2B software sales or banking/fintech; the learning curve will be steep
