The Challenge
SAVANA is a rapidly scaling games and creative leisure brand operating in 20+ countries. You'll lead the entire marketing strategy to establish SAVANA as a category leader in Europe and the US—managing product launches, international expansion, and a growing team from day one.
Your Mission
Audit current marketing channels (Meta, TikTok, Amazon, DTC, retail) and establish baseline KPIs (ROAS, CAC, LTV) across all markets
Develop and lock 12-month marketing strategy for US and European expansion with clear positioning and go-to-market plans
Hire and structure the core marketing team (product launch lead, acquisition specialist, content lead) to support growth roadmap
Execute first major product launch under your strategy with coordinated digital, influencer, and retail activation
Increase brand awareness (tracked via search volume, social impressions, earned media) in target US and EU markets by 40%+
Optimize acquisition funnel across all channels and improve blended CAC by 20-30% while maintaining LTV targets
Build and activate an influencer and creator network (minimum 15-20 partnerships) driving authentic product reviews and UGC
Launch scalable content production process (social, ads, brand content) generating 4-6 assets/week across channels

Revenue Growth Rate
YoY sales growth across France, Europe, and US markets—your primary accountability.
ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
Blended ROAS across Meta, TikTok, and paid channels—target 3:1+ for profitable growth.
CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) & LTV
Unit economics for DTC, Amazon, and retail channels—maintain LTV:CAC ratio of 3:1+.
Product Launch Success Rate
Revenue vs. forecast and time-to-profitability for new releases.
Brand Awareness Metrics
Organic search volume, social reach, share-of-voice vs. competitors in target markets.
Team Efficiency & Retention
On-time hiring, team NPS, and retention rate for marketing hires.

Is This Role For You?
- You've led B2C, DNVB, or e-commerce marketing teams and want VP-level autonomy at a growth stage company
- You're genuinely excited about games, toys, or creative products and understand creator/influencer dynamics
- You thrive in international expansion, especially US market entry and localization
- You're equally comfortable with strategy and hands-on execution (data analysis, campaign setup, team coordination)
- You need remote flexibility—this is fully on-site in Paris
- You want deep domain expertise already (games industry) to be optional—they want someone who knows this category or adjacent consumer categories
- You're uncomfortable managing and actively hiring—you'll build this team from 8 to 12+ people in year one
- You prefer brand/creative marketing over performance—this is driven by ROAS, CAC, and conversion metrics
