Your Mission
Audit existing influencer database, map creators to 5+ active client verticals, and establish baseline performance metrics
Deliver 3 complete influencer marketing proposals for new business or existing clients with clear KPI frameworks
Establish documented campaign briefing and handoff process between client, internal teams, and influencers
Complete onboarding with top 10 current brand partners, understanding their audiences, budgets, and success benchmarks
Manage 8-12 concurrent influencer campaigns, tracking reach, engagement, and conversion data to identify top-performing creator segments
Increase influencer campaign conversion rate by 20% through A/B testing on creator selection and brief optimization
Build and present quarterly performance reports with strategic insights and process improvements to 3+ clients
Reduce campaign turnaround time from brief to execution by 30% through streamlined workflows and internal coordination
