The Challenge

Revolut's advertising and performance products are scaling fast—they need a hunter who can build partnerships from zero. You'll own the full sales cycle with brands and performance marketers, turning them into revenue-generating partners for one of Europe's fastest-growing fintechs.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Build and qualify a pipeline of 30+ target brands and performance marketing teams via outbound prospecting

2

Book and complete discovery calls with 15+ marketing decision makers to understand their acquisition challenges

3

Close 3-5 pilot deals on CLO, PBO, or affiliate products to validate product-market fit with new verticals

4

Develop deep knowledge of Revolut's media solutions, CPA economics, and competitive positioning in the lifestyle space

By 6 Months

Hit €500K+ in annual contract value (ACV) across new partnerships acquired

2

Expand revenue by 40%+ within 5-8 existing partner accounts through upsells and new product adoption

3

Build a repeatable outbound process that generates 50+ qualified meetings per quarter

Establish yourself as the go-to contact for lifestyle brands seeking card-linked offers and performance-based partnerships

  • You want to build something at scale in a hypergrowth environment where your revenue impact is immediate and measurable
