The Challenge
Review ALL is building fleet tracking tech for light commercial vehicles in Brazil. You'll own marketing from the ground up—no playbook, no team yet. This is about testing channels, generating qualified leads, and proving what works before scaling.
Your Mission
Map and audit current marketing channels; identify 2-3 highest-ROI acquisition channels for lead generation
Build and launch first 2 digital campaigns (email nurture + paid social or content) with baseline metrics
Establish marketing dashboard with core KPIs (CAC, MQL-to-SQL rate, brand awareness lift) and weekly reporting cadence
Define ideal customer profile (ICP) and messaging framework for B2B fleet operators
Generate 200+ qualified leads monthly across proven channels; optimize funnel to 15%+ MQL-to-SQL conversion
Launch and measure 4+ campaigns (mix of inbound content, outbound, events); document playbooks for scaling
Build brand positioning assets (website copy, case studies, social presence) that differentiate from competitors
Establish marketing ops foundation: CRM setup, lead scoring, automation sequences for nurture
KPIs You'll Own
Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
Track spend per qualified lead and cost per customer to optimize budget allocation.
MQL-to-SQL Conversion Rate
Measure quality of leads handed to sales; target 15%+ to validate demand generation.
Campaign ROI
Monitor return on paid spend and content initiatives to prove marketing impact.
Brand Awareness Metrics
Track website traffic, social reach, and brand recall to measure positioning strength.

- You've shipped B2B or SaaS marketing campaigns and can connect them to actual revenue impact
- You love testing and have a data-driven mindset; you measure everything and double down on what works
- You need a big team or specialized roles; this is solo execution with support from leadership
