The Challenge

RELX is a global analytics and data technology leader, and they're building out their South American presence. You'll own the full marketing playbook—from strategy to execution—driving pipeline and revenue growth across the region with complete autonomy.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Map regional market landscape, competitive positioning, and key buyer personas for assigned solutions; deliver market analysis to Sales and leadership

2

Launch 2-3 integrated demand generation campaigns (mix of digital, email, events) targeting high-priority segments with baseline lead volume and quality metrics

Establish content calendar and produce 4-6 high-impact assets (whitepapers, case studies, webinar content) aligned to buyer journey

Build operational relationships with Sales, Market Planning, and Consulting teams; define shared KPIs and communication cadence

By 6 Months
1

Execute 3-4 major go-to-market initiatives including at least one product launch or regional event; measure pipeline contribution and ROI

Optimize campaign performance: achieve target cost-per-lead, conversion rates, and engagement metrics; iterate based on data

Scale thought leadership presence: 8-10 published assets, 2+ webinars, social/content strategy firing across channels

4

Deliver quarterly marketing performance reports with clear revenue attribution; build forecasting model for pipeline impact

KPIs You'll Own

Pipeline Contribution

Marketing-sourced pipeline value attributed to campaigns and initiatives; direct linkage to revenue targets.

Cost Per Lead (CPL)

Blended cost across channels; benchmark against industry standards for B2B tech in LATAM.

Lead-to-Opportunity Conversion Rate

Percentage of marketing-qualified leads that convert to sales opportunities; measure Sales alignment.

Campaign ROI

Revenue generated from campaigns vs. total marketing spend; includes events, digital, content, and demand gen.

Event ROI

Leads, pipeline, and revenue generated from trade shows, webinars, and customer meetings vs. event costs.

Is This Role For You?

For You If
  • You've spent 5+ years in B2B marketing and can tie campaigns directly to pipeline and revenue—not just vanity metrics
  • You're fluent in Spanish (native speaker) and comfortable working in a bilingual environment with global stakeholders
  • You thrive with autonomy and own strategy-to-execution end-to-end; you don't need constant direction
  • You've managed integrated campaigns (events, content, digital, email) and can juggle multiple workstreams without dropping balls
  • You're data-driven and analytical; you obsess over ROI, conversion rates, and optimizing based on results
Won't Work If
  • You're a B2C marketer or lack hands-on B2B campaign execution experience—this role requires deep B2B playbook knowledge
  • Spanish fluency is not native-level; writing and grammar must be flawless for regional communications and content
  • You need heavy structure, approval chains, or lots of oversight; this is a flat org and requires independent problem-solving
  • You're looking for remote flexibility; this is on-site in Bogota and requires in-person presence for events, Sales collaboration, and team dynamics
