Regents Remote Services is a mexican staffing company specialized in legal, marketing and medical support services for prestigious law firms across the United States.

We are seeking a creative, proactive, and strategically-minded Social Media & Content Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our digital presence-handling everything from graphic design and video editing to community management and supporting our paid advertising efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visual Content Creation: Create high-quality graphics for social media, advertising campaigns, and brand initiatives, ensuring strict brand consistency across all marketing materials.
  • Video Editing: Edit both short-form (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) and long-form video content (YouTube, webinars, presentations).
  • Social Media Management: Manage and maintain social media posting schedules and content calendars across multiple platforms to ensure a consistent online presence.
  • Paid Advertising: Assist with setting up paid advertising campaigns and actively monitor ad performance for optimization.
  • Strategy & Collaboration: Collaborate closely with our team to develop innovative marketing campaigns and long-term content strategies.
  • Public Relations Support: Participate in creating and drafting press releases for firm events and key milestones.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Advanced Graphic Design: Advanced proficiency with graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva, or similar tools.
  • Strong Video Editing: Proven experience editing video content using tools like Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar.
  • Platform & Calendar Management: Solid experience managing various social media platforms and organizing structured content calendars.
  • Ad Platform Familiarity: Familiarity with the backend of Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn advertising.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Autonomy: Proven ability to work independently, manage your own time effectively, and meet deadlines in a 100% remote environment.
