The Challenge

You'll own the complete digital growth engine-from paid acquisition to organic search to conversion optimization-in a fast-moving, regulated environment where strategy execution directly impacts loan volume.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit and optimize paid media spend across search, social, display, and emerging channels to establish baseline ROAS and CPL benchmarks

Develop and present a modern search strategy roadmap covering SEO, AEO, and GEO with quick-win recommendations

Implement rigorous landing page testing framework to identify top conversion opportunities and reduce drop-off friction

4

Establish core KPIs and analytics infrastructure (dashboards, attribution model, CRM integrations) for transparent performance tracking

By 6 Months
1

Scale paid media ROAS by 20-30% through budget reallocation, creative testing, and audience refinement across channels

Launch AEO and GEO strategies with measurable visibility gains in AI search surfaces and featured snippets

3

Increase qualified lead flow by 25%+ through web conversion optimization and funnel redesign

4

Build and execute integrated content strategy aligned with paid priorities and search demand, improving content ROI

KPIs You'll Own

ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)

Measure paid media efficiency across all channels, targeting channel-specific benchmarks and optimization targets.

CPL (Cost Per Lead)

Track acquisition cost for qualified mortgage leads, broken down by channel and campaign to guide budget allocation.

Conversion Rate (Ad Click to Application)

Monitor end-to-end funnel conversion from paid/organic click through application start to identify optimization opportunities.

Organic Visibility & Rankings

Track keyword rankings, share of voice, featured snippet capture, and AI search visibility across traditional and emerging search surfaces.

Qualified Lead Volume

Measure total mortgage leads generated by all digital channels, segmented by source and quality indicators.
