The Challenge
Real Chemistry is a global healthcare communications agency backed by deep scientific expertise and AI-driven insights. You'll architect the centralized operational engine that powers their growth machine across pharma and biotech clients.
Your Mission
Map current end-to-end growth workflows across intake, data collection, and cross-functional handoffs to identify 3-5 high-impact efficiency gaps
Implement a unified intake and process documentation framework adopted by New Business, Client Experience, and Capabilities teams
Establish weekly growth operations rhythm meetings with stakeholders and define 2-3 early-win process improvements to pilot
Build dashboard showing key metrics: opportunity pipeline velocity, data quality scores, and process cycle time reduction
Deploy scalable systems architecture connecting sales ops, technology, and data teams with 90%+ adoption rates
Reduce growth workflow cycle time by 25-30% through process optimization and automation
Create standardized governance model for ongoing process improvement with clear ownership and accountability across functions
Deliver quarterly operations health report to leadership with trend analysis, bottleneck resolution, and resource allocation recommendations
