The Challenge

RAM BPO is a results-driven organization where marketing is measured by qualified leads delivered to sales, not brand impressions. You'll own the full funnel—from campaign design to lead quality optimization—using AI and automation to scale what works.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Map current marketing tech stack, identify gaps, and recommend 1-2 automation tools to implement (HubSpot, Klaviyo, or equivalent)

Launch 2-3 high-performing inbound campaigns (landing pages + lead magnets) targeting your ICP with documented conversion rates

Establish lead scoring and qualification framework; deliver first 50+ QBLs to sales with tracking and feedback loops

4

Document campaign playbooks, budgets, and ROI for 3 paid channels (email, LinkedIn, or display)

By 6 Months
1

Scale top 2 campaigns to consistent 100+ QBLs/month; optimize cost per lead by 20-30%

Build and manage end-to-end automated workflows (nurture sequences, retargeting, partner campaigns) across email and platform ads

Conduct full marketing tech stack audit; justify or replace underperforming tools; train team on new stack

Own paid media budgets ($5K-$25K/month estimated); present monthly performance reviews with actionable optimization recommendations

KPIs You'll Own

Qualified Business Leads (QBLs)

Monthly count of leads that meet your ICP criteria and sales-ready qualification threshold.

Cost Per Lead (CPL)

Blended cost across all acquisition channels; target 20-30% reduction every quarter.

Lead-to-Opportunity Conversion Rate

Percentage of QBLs that convert to sales-qualified opportunities within 30 days.

Campaign ROI

Revenue attributed to marketing campaigns divided by total spend; target 3-5x minimum.

  • You've generated 50+ B2B leads/month in a previous role and can prove it with numbers
  • You're comfortable with marketing automation platforms and have built automated workflows that actually work

  • You own problems without being told; you test, iterate, and report results monthly
  • You're fluent in Spanish or willing to operate in a Spanish-primary environment (MedellĂ­n-based)
