Position Overview


Q is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute our digital presence across email, web, and e-commerce channels. This role is responsible for driving direct-to-consumer revenue through lifecycle marketing, website optimization, and campaign execution.


This is a hands-on role for someone who can take ownership of digital performance, execute with precision, and continuously improve results through data-driven decision making. The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative, with the ability to manage campaigns from concept through execution and optimization.

Key Responsibilities


Email Marketing and Lifecycle
• Own and execute the email marketing strategy using Klaviyo
• Build and manage campaigns, automated flows, and audience segmentation
• Develop lifecycle programs including welcome, abandoned cart, and retention strategies
• Create and manage email content that drives engagement and revenue
• Monitor performance and optimize key metrics including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions


E-Commerce and Website Management
• Manage website content, messaging, and product pages
• Work within Adobe Commerce Magento to support site performance, merchandising, and user experience
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners on site functionality and enhancements
• Ensure website content aligns with product availability, campaign priorities, and brand voice
• Continuously improve conversion rate and overall customer journey


Campaign Execution
• Plan and execute digital campaigns tied to product launches, promotions, and brand initiatives
• Partner with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment and execution
• Own timelines, deliverables, and overall campaign performance across channels


Analytics and Performance
• Track and analyze performance across email, website, and e-commerce channels
• Leverage data to drive decisions and improve return on investment
• Implement A B testing across campaigns and site experiences
• Provide reporting on performance, insights, and opportunities for improvement


Key Qualifications
• 3 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or lifecycle marketing
• Hands-on experience with Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms
• Experience working within Adobe Commerce Magento or similar e-commerce platforms
• Strong understanding of customer acquisition, retention, and conversion optimization
• Proven ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
• Strong attention to detail and ability to execute independently


Preferred Experience


• Background in photography, graphic design, or visual content creation is a plus
• Experience in the firearms, outdoor, or consumer products industry is preferred but not required
• Experience supporting paid media or integrated digital campaigns is a plus


Physical and Work Requirements
• Ability to work on-site in Dover, NH
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
