The Challenge

Pyle Sound Around is a $200M audio equipment company with 300 employees operating across multiple brands on Amazon-a core growth engine. You'll own full PPC strategy and scaling across a massive catalog with real budget and revenue impact.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit current Amazon PPC campaigns across all brands and identify top 20% underperforming SKUs for immediate optimization

Establish baseline TACoS/ACOS metrics across Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display; set quarterly improvement targets

Build keyword strategy and negative keyword framework for largest product categories to reduce wasted spend

4

Document and implement new product launch playbook with SKU managers for Q2+ launches

By 6 Months
1

Scale profitable campaigns by 25%+ while reducing overall TACoS by 2-3 percentage points through data-driven budget reallocation

Successfully launch 8-12 new products with optimized PPC support, hitting revenue targets within 60 days of launch

Build automated reporting dashboard and weekly cadence with leadership on spend, ACOS, and revenue impact

Train SKU managers on PPC fundamentals and create shared KPI accountability model across teams
