.Plenitude France’s go-to-market department is organised around value streams: cross-functional teams with end-to-end accountability for business outcomes.
This is not a traditional digital sales and marketing role. It is a P&L-oriented leadership role, responsible for owning the Growth value stream, the business’s acquisition engine, orchestrating a cross-functional team and delivering measurable commercial impact from strategy through to execution.
As the Growth Lead, you will report directly to the Head of Go-To-Market (“Directeur Go-To-Market”), lead a cross-functional team including digital performance marketing, commercial planning and quality, data analytics and delivery, and hold full accountability for the Growth value stream’s OKRs.
You will work closely with the Communications, Digital and Data Chapter Leads, who provide expertise, set standards and support people development for your cross-functional team. You will also coordinate with offline sales channel managers.
