Pearl connects top 1% talent with funded US/EU startups ($5B+ raised). You'll own end-to-end content strategy and copywriting that drives engagement, conversions, and brand authority for high-growth companies.
Your Mission
Establish brand voice guidelines and deliver 40+ high-performing social/web copy pieces optimized for conversions
Build and execute first monthly content calendar across 3+ channels with 90%+ on-time delivery
Audit existing content and identify 5+ quick-win optimization opportunities (CTAs, headlines, messaging)
Establish baseline metrics: engagement rate, click-through rate, content performance benchmarks
Achieve 25%+ increase in engagement and 15%+ improvement in conversion rate through optimized copy
Scale content production 3x through AI tool implementation and workflow automation
Lead 2+ cross-functional initiatives (product launches, campaign pivots) from strategy to execution
Build reusable content frameworks and templates that reduce production time by 40%

Track likes, shares, comments, and saves across social platforms weekly to measure content resonance.
Conversion Rate by Content Type
Monitor click-through rates and lead generation attributed to each content piece and platform.

Measure pieces published per week and time-to-publish to track efficiency gains from automation.
Brand Sentiment & Reach
Track monthly impressions, audience growth, and sentiment analysis across channels.
