Is This Role For You?

For You If
  • You're obsessed with retail unit economics—CAC, CLV, payback period, and margin optimization excite you
  • You thrive in ambiguity and can build scalable playbooks from scratch for rapid retail expansion
  • You speak Spanish fluently (Lima-based) and have intermediate+ English; cross-cultural collaboration is your strength
  • You've worked in fintech, retail tech, or fast-growth startups where you owned data-driven growth decisions and saw them through to results
  • You balance aggressive growth targets with credit risk discipline; you understand the tension and can optimize both
Won't Work If
  • You need remote flexibility or HQ proximity—this is pure on-site, Lima-based retail grind
  • You're uncomfortable with ambiguity or prefer highly structured, slow-moving organizations
  • You lack real retail/operations experience or have only theoretical knowledge of unit economics and store-level P&L

Leadership & collaboration round

Meet with cross-functional partners (risk, marketing, ops); discuss project management, conflict resolution, and examples of cross-team wins

5

Final offer stage

Offer conversation, reference checks, background verification
