Is This Role For You?
- You've shipped 5+ marketing automation campaigns and can prove their impact with metrics
- You're fluent in at least 2 marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, ActiveCampaign, etc.)
- You obsess over lead scoring, segmentation, and audience quality-not just volume
- You speak both marketing and sales language and actually collaborate with both teams
- You treat automation as a set-it-and-forget-it tool; you need to constantly test and iterate based on data
- You lack hands-on experience configuring workflows, triggers, and lead scoring logic
- You're more interested in creative campaigns than measuring what actually drives revenue
