The Challenge

Pavago is hunting for a Marketing Automation Specialist to architect and scale automated campaigns that directly drive measurable revenue growth. You'll own the entire workflow-from lead scoring to reporting-making sure every campaign aligns with sales and moves the needle on metrics that matter.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit and document all existing marketing automation workflows across platforms; identify quick wins for campaign optimization

2

Design and deploy 3-5 new lead scoring models tied directly to sales conversion data

3

Establish baseline reporting dashboards tracking campaign performance, lead quality, and pipeline contribution

4

Build playbooks for common campaign types (nurture, re-engagement, lifecycle) to scale execution

By 6 Months
1

Increase marketing-qualified lead (MQL) to sales-qualified lead (SQL) conversion rate by 15-20%

2

Reduce time-to-first-touchpoint for inbound leads by 40% through workflow automation

3

Launch and optimize 8-10 new automated campaigns with documented ROI and learnings

4

Own end-to-end reporting, presenting monthly growth metrics to leadership with actionable recommendations

Is This Role For You?

For You If
  • You've shipped 5+ marketing automation campaigns and can prove their impact with metrics
  • You're fluent in at least 2 marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, ActiveCampaign, etc.)
  • You obsess over lead scoring, segmentation, and audience quality-not just volume
  • You speak both marketing and sales language and actually collaborate with both teams
Won't Work If
  • You treat automation as a set-it-and-forget-it tool; you need to constantly test and iterate based on data
  • You lack hands-on experience configuring workflows, triggers, and lead scoring logic
  • You're more interested in creative campaigns than measuring what actually drives revenue
