Your Mission
Audit and optimize all active PPC/display campaigns across Amazon, Walmart, Google, Facebook-identify quick wins worth 10-15% efficiency gains
Establish monthly partner review cadence with 5-10 key accounts, documenting ad spend allocation and performance benchmarks
Master Pattern's internal tools and third-party platforms (Helium 10, Pacvue, Viral Launch)-become the team's go-to expert
Build keyword research and bid strategy playbook for new client onboarding
Scale team from managing X to Y campaigns while maintaining or improving ROAS by 20%+
Develop full-funnel attribution model that connects ad spend to downstream customer LTV for 10+ partners
Launch and test 3 new paid channel strategies (TikTok Shop, Tmall, advanced auto-bid tools) with measurable ROI
Create internal data dashboard that surfaces top-performing keywords, bidding strategies, and ad creative patterns across portfolio

- You need 100% remote-this is 3 days/week in Lehi, UT office (hybrid, not flexible)

- You lack 2+ years of hands-on PPC/display advertising experience or can't speak fluently to ROAS, CPC, conversion rate mechanics
