The Challenge
Paramount Pictures is the epicenter of global entertainment-you'll orchestrate digital campaigns reaching audiences across continents. This role puts you at the intersection of creative storytelling and performance marketing, managing pan-regional media buys and local market execution for one of the world's most iconic film studios.
Your Mission
Map current global digital media spend, vendor relationships, and campaign performance across all regions-establish baseline metrics and identify optimization gaps
Build operational playbooks for pan-regional campaign rollout, including asset management, localization workflows, and approval processes
Lead 2-3 active global campaigns end-to-end, from media planning through asset distribution to local market support
Establish weekly cadence with key regional stakeholders to surface blockers and ensure alignment on creative requirements
Deliver 15%+ efficiency gains in media spend through vendor consolidation and cross-regional negotiation leverage
Launch scalable asset management system that cuts localization turnaround time by 40%+
Execute quarterly global campaign performance reviews with actionable insights on platform performance, creative resonance, and regional variances
Develop documented playbooks for social platform creative specs, posting calendars, and regional content adaptation that teams can execute independently

Campaign Reach & Engagement by Region
Track impressions, clicks, and engagement rates across social platforms by market to identify highest-performing regions and content types.
Media Spend Efficiency (CPM/CPC)
Monitor cost-per-thousand impressions and cost-per-click across vendors and regions, targeting 15%+ quarterly improvements.
Localization Turnaround Time
Measure days from creative approval to localized assets in-market; goal is 5-7 business days across all regions.
Campaign On-Time Delivery Rate
Track percentage of campaign deliverables (assets, translations, placements) hitting deadline targets.
Vendor Performance & SLA Compliance
Monitor digital media partner performance against negotiated SLAs-response time, creative turnaround, reporting accuracy.
