The Challenge
Paramount Pictures needs someone to orchestrate creator and influencer campaigns across global theatrical releases and franchises. You'll own the strategy, relationships, and execution that turns creators into amplifiers for billion-dollar film franchises.
Your Mission
Map and onboard 15-20 top-tier creators across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube aligned with current theatrical slate
Establish reporting frameworks and benchmarks for measuring creator campaign performance (views, engagement, sentiment)
Coordinate and execute first domestic creator event or activation with clear cross-functional alignment
Document creator relationship management system and briefing templates for consistency across QYOU and Unreasonable Studios partnerships
Launch 3-4 full-cycle global creator campaigns from brief to performance recap, hitting engagement targets
Build scalable creator vetting and contracting process reducing turnaround time by 40%
Identify and implement analytics tooling that tracks creator content performance across owned and paid channels in real-time
Develop playbook for multicultural creator events and Paramount One Synergy initiatives with measurable cultural impact metrics
