The Challenge

Orano is a 17,500-person nuclear energy leader transforming how the world powers itself. You'll own the digital marketing strategy at the intersection of data, code, and brand—building dashboards, automating campaigns, and proving ROI for one of Europe's most ambitious energy transitions.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Map and audit existing digital marketing tech stack (CRM, Power BI, GA); identify 3 quick-win automation opportunities

2

Build your first marketing KPI dashboard in Power BI tracking campaign performance across SEO, SEA, email, and social

3

Ship 2-3 data-driven campaign optimizations based on GA analysis; document learnings for team

4

Complete onboarding across internal stakeholders; establish weekly sync cadence with marketing and dev teams

By 6 Months
1

Design and deploy 1 internal automation tool or feature (Python/SQL/API) that reduces manual reporting by 8+ hours/week

2

Own quarterly performance analysis across all digital channels; present ROI trends and optimization roadmap to leadership

3

Contribute to multi-channel campaign strategy for Q3-Q4; execute SEO/SEA/social coordination on 2+ major initiatives

4

Establish data governance framework; train 4+ team members on self-service analytics and KPI interpretation

KPIs You'll Own

Campaign ROI by Channel

Track cost-per-acquisition and conversion rate across SEO, SEA, email, social—optimize budget allocation quarterly.

Website/Platform Traffic & Engagement

Monitor GA/Power BI metrics: session growth, bounce rate, time-on-page, conversion funnel health.

Marketing Automation Efficiency

Measure time saved via new tools, process error reduction, and team velocity gains from Python/SQL scripts.

Data Maturity & Adoption

Track internal team engagement with dashboards, self-serve analytics usage, and data-driven decision velocity.

Interview Process
