The Challenge

Hearts & Science (Omnicom) is the Cannes Lions 2024 Media Network of the Year—you'll lead marketing science initiatives for a global powerhouse that pairs boutique agency speed with enterprise-scale capabilities. This role puts you at the intersection of data, strategy, and client impact across one of the world's largest media networks.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Onboard 2-3 key client accounts and develop deep strategic understanding of their competitive position and marketing goals

Build measurement frameworks and analytics roadmaps that translate client KPIs into actionable scientific models

3

Establish internal relationships with Planning and Investment teams to align analytics delivery with media planning cycles

4

Deliver 4-6 client presentations with clear, data-driven insights and narrative recommendations

By 6 Months
1

Design and execute 3+ incremental media tests that quantify ROI and inform budget optimization decisions

2

Develop proprietary audience segmentation models for 2+ major clients using advanced analytics techniques

3

Lead annual budget-setting and media plan optimization processes, demonstrating 10-15% efficiency gains through data

4

Mentor 1-2 junior analysts and document processes to scale marketing science delivery across the Mexico City office
