The Challenge

OMD is the world's largest media network (Cannes Lions 2024 winner) that moves at speed with data-driven decisions. You'll transform raw data into insights that prove advertising actually works—and help shape strategy across their global client roster.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Master OMD's data stack, measurement frameworks, and existing reporting infrastructure across 2-3 major client accounts

2

Own end-to-end campaign reporting for at least one assigned client, delivering weekly/monthly dashboards in Tableau or Looker

3

Identify and document 3-5 automation opportunities to reduce manual reporting work and free up team capacity

4

Establish yourself as the go-to person for audience analysis questions, pulling insights from behavioral and syndicated data sources

By 6 Months
1

Lead measurement strategy design for a new client campaign, including KPI frameworks and benchmarking plans from scratch

Build 4+ interactive dashboards that clients actively use for optimization decisions; track adoption and impact

3

Develop statistical rigor in your analyses—move beyond descriptive stats to testing hypotheses with confidence intervals and significance testing

4

Present quarterly insights to client leadership; demonstrate how your analysis directly influenced budget reallocation or channel strategy

QA pass rate on reports and underlying data processes; target 98%+ accuracy on all deliverables.
