The Challenge
Oliverlist is a growth consulting boutique working with recognized B2B brands (Payfit, Livestorm, BNP Paribas). You'll own client acquisition strategies end-to-end, blending strategic consulting with hands-on campaign execution and continuous optimization.
Your Mission
Launch 3-4 outbound campaigns for assigned client portfolio with defined targeting, messaging, and channel mix
Establish baseline performance KPIs for each client and document optimization playbooks
Master Lemlist, Apollo, and LinkedIn tools for campaign setup and management
Deliver weekly performance reports with actionable recommendations to clients
Scale client campaigns from pilot to full performance mode with 20%+ month-on-month improvement in qualified pipeline
Develop repeatable outbound frameworks and templates used across 5+ clients
Own account strategy reviews and present quarterly optimization roadmaps to stakeholders
Train clients on best practices and build them toward self-sufficiency in outbound execution

- You've executed or consulted on B2B outbound campaigns and understand funnel mechanics (response rates, conversion, velocity)
- You're fluent in Lemlist, Apollo, or similar outbound tools and CRM workflows
- You thrive on data-driven optimization: you live and breathe KPIs, A/B testing, and continuous improvement
- You want consulting exposure: working across multiple clients, presenting strategy, and owning outcomes rather than just executing
- You need 100% remote work or flexibility—this is on-site in a Paris suburb with limited remote days
- You prefer execution-only roles; this requires strategic thinking, client presentations, and account ownership
- You're uncomfortable with French language or Île-de-France commute
