The Challenge
OVG operates three premium entertainment venues in Mobile that host hundreds of thousands of guests annually. You'll own the complete digital strategy to drive ticket sales and audience growth across concerts, conferences, and cultural events.
Your Mission
Audit current digital presence across all three venues and establish baseline metrics for email, social, and web performance
Deploy segmented email campaigns for at least 4 upcoming events using Ticketmaster CRM, targeting ticket sales lift
Establish consistent posting cadence and content calendar for social channels with brand voice guidelines
Implement tracking infrastructure to measure campaign performance across all digital channels
Achieve 15%+ increase in email open rates and 10%+ lift in click-through rates through A/B testing and segmentation
Grow social media followers by 25% while improving engagement rate by 20%
Reduce time-to-publish for event listings and on-sale announcements to <24 hours
Document and optimize top 3 revenue-driving digital campaigns with repeatable playbooks for future events
