Is This Role For You?
- You have 3-5+ years in business development, marketing, or systems engineering-ideally touching robotics, autonomy, embedded systems, or semiconductors
- You speak fluent Mandarin and English and can navigate complex China enterprise/startup ecosystems
- You thrive translating technical capabilities (edge AI, motion control, sensing) into customer value and go-to-market strategies
- You're comfortable operating at the intersection of hardware, software, and system design; can engage senior technical leaders credibly
- You want to build something from scratch-this is a greenfield market play in a high-growth segment
- You lack hands-on experience in semiconductors, robotics, or adjacent hardware/embedded systems markets; pure software or consumer marketing background won't translate
- You can't be on-site in Shanghai or aren't willing to spend significant time in China engaging customers face-to-face
- You're not fluent in Mandarin-success in China enterprise deals requires language fluency and cultural navigation
- You need a fully remote role; this is on-site only
