The Challenge

Netflix is redefining entertainment at global scale. You'll be the strategic glue ensuring every US-originated campaign resonates across 190+ countries-from creative alignment to regional execution.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Build relationships with key cross-functional partners (Creative, Regional Marketing, Publicity, Operations) and establish yourself as the trusted global strategy advisor

Lead 2-3 global campaign kickoffs for major series/film launches, defining strategy and guardrails for regional teams

Create a global campaign development playbook documenting best practices from recent launches for consistency across markets

4

Deliver regional context briefs to US teams highlighting cultural nuances and strategic considerations for 3-4 major markets

By 6 Months
1

Own full-cycle strategy development for a major LIVE event or franchise campaign from upstream brief through regional rollout

Scale creative concept toolkits across at least 5 regional markets, measuring adoption and impact on campaign cohesion

3

Establish yourself as the global insights hub-regularly providing market learnings and cultural trends to inform US strategy

4

Drive measurable improvements in cross-regional campaign alignment, tracked through stakeholder feedback and campaign performance metrics

Campaign Global Resonance Score

Measure alignment between US strategy and regional execution across key markets via stakeholder feedback and viewership data.

Regional Kickoff Efficiency

Track time-to-alignment and strategic clarity scores from global kickoffs to regional taskforce execution.

Cross-functional Stakeholder Satisfaction

Quarterly feedback from Creative, Regional Marketing, Publicity, and Operations on strategic support and collaboration quality.

Toolkit Adoption Rate

Percentage of regional markets leveraging global creative concept toolkits and reporting increased cohesion.
