The Challenge
Nebius is building the next-gen full-stack AI cloud platform and needs to own the startup ecosystem. You'll architect strategic partnerships that turn AI-native companies and enterprises into power users—and pipeline generators.
Your Mission
Map and prioritize 50+ high-impact AI-native startups and digital-native enterprises across Robotics, HCLS, Media & Entertainment verticals
Establish first 8-10 strategic partnerships with leading ecosystem players and launch initial joint GTM initiatives
Build and document partnership playbook covering deal structure, engagement model, and pipeline attribution
Generate first 15-20 qualified startup leads from partner channels into sales pipeline
Scale to 25+ active partnerships across priority verticals with clear pipeline contribution tracking
Launch 3-4 vertical-focused ecosystem programs connecting industry leaders with Nebius-building founders
Achieve $2M+ pipeline sourced from partner channels with 30%+ conversion to qualified opportunities
Establish repeatable partner engagement model and co-marketing playbook that scales across regions

Partner activation rate
Percentage of identified target partners converted to active partnerships within 90 days.
Joint initiative ROI

Partner engagement velocity
Time from first touchpoint to signed partnership agreement and first joint activity.
Ecosystem program participation
Number of founders, researchers, and enterprise stakeholders engaging in vertical programs monthly.

Is This Role For You?
- You've closed 7+ strategic partnerships that drove pipeline or revenue in high-growth tech/AI/SaaS companies
- You understand the AI startup ecosystem and can credibly navigate venture, emerging AI verticals, and enterprise tech
- You thrive in ambiguity and can build repeatable processes from scratch (playbooks, frameworks, attribution models)
- You're equally comfortable in the boardroom with enterprise CIOs and grabbing coffee with AI startup founders
- You need a single metric to optimize—this role requires balancing pipeline, adoption, ecosystem value, and strategic fit
- You've only done transactional channel or affiliate partnerships without building deep strategic relationships
- You're not comfortable being hands-on (you'll need to sell partnerships yourself initially, not just hand off to sales)
