The Challenge

Nango is the infrastructure layer for AI agents to connect to the real world—300+ paying customers including Replit and Ramp rely on it. You'll own developer relations and growth in San Francisco's hottest AI ecosystem, building relationships with agent builders and shaping how Nango goes to market in a market moving at light speed.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Map the SF AI agent ecosystem: identify top 50 companies building agents, understand their integration needs, and create a prioritized outreach list

2

Attend and activate at 8-10 major AI events (conferences, founder dinners, hackathons) to establish Nango as a recognized player

3

Host 2 technical events for AI agent builders (workshop or roundtable) and generate 20+ qualified pipeline opportunities

4

Produce 4 technical content pieces (blog posts, case studies, or guides) that address real integration pain points AI agents face

By 6 Months
1

Own $X00K net-new ARR pipeline from SF AI ecosystem sourced through relationships and events

Build a repeatable developer relations playbook: event strategy, content calendar, and relationship management system

Establish Nango as a must-know vendor for AI agent builders: 500+ community members aware of product via events and content

4

Deliver market intelligence to product team that influences 2+ product roadmap decisions based on AI agent builder feedback

Interview Process

Discussion with co-founder about your startup background, GTM experience, and understanding of AI agent ecosystem

Technical discussion

Deep dive on your engineering background and ability to communicate technical concepts with builders

Ecosystem mapping exercise

Demonstrate your knowledge of SF AI ecosystem and show how you'd approach building relationships and finding customers

4

Final conversation

Meet with team, discuss compensation, equity, and start date
