Vous gérerez une équipe de quatre responsables marketing de croissance et veillerez à ce que les projets soient livrés avec excellence et impact commercial mesurable.

N2JSoft is a fast-growing B2B SaaS fintech that specialises in digitising financial processes. Through its N2F solution, the company helps over 20,000 clients and 1 million users across 98 countries streamline expense management, corporate card programs, and supplier invoice handling. Driven by a strong innovation culture, N2JSoft has grown from 20 employees in 2021 to nearly 200 today, with ambitions to become Europe's leading platform for professional spend and accounts payable management. 

Your mission:

Reporting directly to the VP Growth Marketing and working closely with the CMO and Sales leadership, you will be responsible for designing, executing and scaling N2F's growth strategy across Europe. 

Your mission is not only to generate more leads but to build a predictable and scalable growth engine that drives pipeline creation, revenue growth and market expansion. 

You will own the acquisition strategy, oversee the execution of all growth initiatives, manage a team of four marketing growth manager, and ensure that projects are delivered with excellence and measurable business impact. 

This role combines strategic thinking, operational excellence, leadership and strong project management capabilities. 

What you will do: 

Define and execute the European Growth Strategy: 

  • Build and continuously refine N2F's growth strategy across European markets. 

  • Identify new growth opportunities, acquisition channels and scalable revenue drivers. 

  • In collaboration with each local Growth Marketing Manager, develop market-specific plans. 

  • Create and maintain a clear growth roadmap aligned with company objectives. 

Drive Demand Generation and Acquisition: 

  • Increase qualified pipeline generation and improve funnel conversion rates. 

  • Design, launch and optimize growth experiments to accelerate lead generation. 

  • Collaborate closely with Sales to maximize lead quality and revenue impact.

Own Revenue Performance and Growth Metrics:

  • Be accountable for marketing contribution to pipeline and revenue. 

  • Monitor and optimize key growth metrics including: 

    • Pipeline generated 

    • Cost per lead 

    • Cost per opportunity 

    • Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) 

    • Conversion rates 

    • ROI of acquisition channels 

  • Allocate marketing budgets efficiently to maximize business outcomes. 

Lead Growth Operations and Project Execution: 

  • Ensure growth initiatives are properly planned, documented and executed. 

  • Establish clear project management processes. 

  • Monitor project progress and proactively remove execution bottlenecks. 

  • Drive team discipline around planning, prioritization and delivery. 

Manage and Develop the Growth Team: 

  • Lead, coach and develop a team of four growth marketing professionals. 

  • Create alignment around priorities, objectives and expected outcomes. 

  • Foster a culture of ownership, accountability and continuous improvement. 

Align Marketing and Sales: 

  • Build a strong partnership with Sales leadership. 

  • Improve lead qualification, lead routing and handoff processes. 

  • Align Marketing and Sales around common revenue objectives. 

  • Optimize the full customer acquisition funnel from first touch to closed-won opportunity.
     

Reporting and Strategic Recommendations: 

  • Present growth performance, strategic insights and recommendations. 

  • Use data to identify opportunities, risks and priorities. 

  • Deliver clear visibility on growth initiatives and business impact. 

Requirements:

What we're looking for: 

Experience: 

  • 7+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, Acquisition or Digital Marketing. 

  • Proven experience in a B2B SaaS environment. 

  • Significant experience managing high-performing growth/marketing teams. 

  • Track record of building scalable acquisition engines. 

  • Experience managing multi-country or international growth strategies. 

  • Demonstrated ability to influence pipeline generation and revenue growth. 

Skills: 

  • Deep expertise in demand generation and digital acquisition. 

  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEA, outbound, inbound and marketing automation. 

  • Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities. 

  • Strong business acumen and understanding of revenue metrics. 

  • Advanced project management skills. 

  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred). 

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. 

  • Professional fluency in English.
