The Challenge

MyUnisoft is a fast-growing SaaS platform transforming accounting expertise in France with 200+ employees. You'll own the entire SEO strategy—technical, content, and authority—to drive qualified leads in a competitive B2B/IT-SaaS space and cement their organic visibility.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit current SEO performance, identify quick wins on top 50 commercial keywords, and define 12-month strategy roadmap

Establish technical SEO baseline: crawl analysis, Core Web Vitals optimization, and coordinate fixes with dev/product teams

Build content calendar targeting 5-7 high-intent B2B keywords with sales team input; publish first 3 pillar pieces

4

Set up monitoring dashboard (GSC, rankings, organic traffic, MQL attribution) and establish monthly reporting cadence

By 6 Months
1

Achieve 30%+ organic traffic growth and 25%+ improvement in tracked keyword rankings (top 100 commercial terms)

Generate 50+ qualified organic leads/month attributed to SEO with documented sales handoff process

Complete technical SEO overhaul: site architecture optimization, crawl efficiency, internal linking strategy deployment

Launch integrated netlinking campaign targeting 40+ quality backlinks from relevant IT/SaaS/accounting publications and partnerships

Organic Traffic (Target Users)

Month-over-month growth in qualified landing page sessions, segmented by buyer journey stage.

Keyword Rankings

Position tracking for top 100 commercial BtoB keywords; % ranking in top 10/20/50.

Organic Leads

MQLs generated from organic traffic, tracked through UTM + CRM integration; cost per lead vs. paid channels.

Core Web Vitals Score

Page Experience metrics (LCP, FID, CLS) maintained in 'good' range; mobile usability index.

Organic Conversion Rate

Percentage of organic landing page visitors completing key actions (demo request, signup, contact form).

  • You've driven organic growth in B2B SaaS/IT—comfortable translating complex products into searchable value propositions
  • You're hands-on: comfortable with technical SEO, content strategy, and vendor/agency management—not just strategy theater
  • You thrive in collaborative, flat environments where you influence cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Content) without formal authority
  • You're data-driven: comfortable building dashboards, tracking attribution, and optimizing based on real funnel metrics
  • You speak French or are open to working in a French-speaking environment with English as secondary language
Won't Work If
  • You expect a fully remote role; this is on-site with hybrid flex, not 100% WFH
  • You need immediate C-suite autonomy; you'll be embedded in a cross-functional org and must navigate consensus-building
  • You view SEO as purely link-building or tactics; strategic, long-term value positioning isn't your strength
