The Challenge
Multiplier is building the next-gen marketing infrastructure for global B2B SaaS. You'll architect a MarTech stack that scales across continents, integrates seamlessly with data warehouses and CRMs, and prepares the org for autonomous AI agents—not just managing tools, but designing the future of how marketing operates.
Your Mission
Audit and document current MarTech stack, identify integration gaps and data silos blocking personalization and agentic readiness
Define 18-month MarTech roadmap aligned with GTM strategy; present business cases for 2-3 critical gaps (CDP, ABM platform, measurement tool)
Establish data governance framework: lead scoring taxonomy, segmentation rules, compliance audit for GDPR/CCPA across all platforms
Map API connectivity and data accessibility requirements for agentic development; collaborate with Data Engineering on technical readiness assessment
Execute RFP and POC for 2 priority MarTech investments; negotiate contracts and onboard with zero disruption to active campaigns
Integrate 3+ new solutions into ecosystem (CRM, Data Warehouse, paid media platforms); document workflows and handoff to ops
Build cross-functional playbook for marketing-sales-IT collaboration; establish SLAs and quarterly optimization reviews with stakeholders
Deploy automated workflows for lead scoring, nurturing, and ABM targeting; measure impact (speed-to-market, lead quality, sales cycle compression)
KPIs You'll Own
MarTech Stack ROI
Total revenue influenced by MarTech-enabled campaigns divided by total stack investment (licenses, implementation, personnel).
Campaign Velocity
Time from campaign concept to launch, measured monthly; target 30% reduction within 6 months.
Lead Quality Score
Percentage of marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) that convert to sales-qualified leads (SQLs) and close deals.
Data Governance Compliance
Percentage of customer data assets mapped, classified, and compliant with GDPR/CCPA; target 100% by month 6.
Integration Health
System uptime and data sync success rate across MarTech stack; target 99.5%+ availability.

Is This Role For You?
- You've managed comprehensive MarTech stacks in global B2B SaaS and love architecture over execution
- You're fluent in CDPs, MAPs, CRMs, and ABM platforms; you can translate vendor jargon into business impact
- You thrive in ambiguity and complexity—you're comfortable saying 'we need to audit and redesign' even if it means short-term pain
- You speak both marketing and engineering; you can negotiate with vendors and collaborate deeply with data/IT teams
- You see MarTech as a competitive advantage, not just a cost center
- You're a tools-and-dashboards operator who avoids strategic decisions or uncomfortable stakeholder conversations
- You prefer working in stable, mature stacks where the roadmap is already defined and your job is maintenance
- You lack hands-on experience with APIs, data integration, or technical architecture; this role requires technical credibility
