The Challenge
MrBeast is scaling from YouTube sensation to a multi-billion dollar consumer ecosystem spanning fintech, telecom, loyalty, and retail. You'll architect the viral marketing systems that turn 200M+ monthly viewers into paying customers across Feastables, financial services, and partner ecosystems.
Your Mission
Map current viral and social-led growth channels across MrBeast products; identify top 3-5 conversion leaks from attention to sign-up
Build and operationalize your team structure, hiring 2-3 senior managers; establish weekly performance cadence and experimentation framework
Launch one integrated viral + performance marketing campaign for an existing product (Feastables or partner); target 15%+ conversion lift vs. baseline
Define KPI dashboard and reporting structure; establish baseline metrics for viral CAC, activation rate, and LTV by product line
Scale viral marketing function to own $XX million in annual revenue contribution across 3+ product lines; prove repeatable playbook
Design and execute go-to-market for one major new product launch (fintech or telecom); drive 500K+ sign-ups in first 60 days
Build predictive model linking cultural moments, creator content, and retail/partner activation; improve viral campaign ROI by 30%+
Establish cross-functional operating rhythm with Product, Performance Marketing, Creative, and Production; reduce time-to-launch by 40%
KPIs You'll Own
Viral CAC (Cost per Acquisition)
Cost to acquire a new user via viral and social-led channels; track by product and campaign to optimize spend efficiency.
Sign-up to Activation Rate
Percentage of sign-ups who complete first value action (purchase, subscription, referral); your primary lever for converting attention.
Viral Multiplier / K-factor
Average number of new users acquired per existing user through referral, sharing, and organic spread.
Revenue per Viral Campaign
Total attributed revenue (sign-ups, first purchase, LTV) generated by viral marketing initiatives; measure against content and influencer spend.
Partner Co-marketing ROI
Revenue and sign-ups driven through brand and retail partner integrations; track lift vs. incremental spend.

Is This Role For You?
- You've led viral, social, or word-of-mouth growth at scale (Airbnb, Uber, Lyft, TikTok, Discord, early-stage fintech) and own revenue impact, not just engagement
- You think in systems and playbooks, not one-off campaigns; you build repeatable engines that work across audiences and products
- You're comfortable operating in high ambiguity with 200M+ audience reach and multi-product portfolio; you thrive on speed and judgment over perfect data
- You've managed teams through rapid scaling; you hire, develop, and hold senior leaders accountable for business outcomes
- You're genuinely excited about creator economy, consumer products, and fintech; you understand MrBeast's cultural leverage and can operationalize it
- You need heavy process, perfect data, or six-month planning cycles before moving; this role requires rapid experimentation and judgment calls
- You're uncomfortable with equity-heavy compensation or early-stage risk; Beast Industries is private and you need appetite for founder-led culture
- You view marketing as creative storytelling separate from business metrics; this role is pure commercial outcomes (CAC, sign-ups, revenue)
- You need hands-off delegation; you'll be embedded in creative, product, and execution details daily with a founder-led team

15-20 min; confirm background in viral/social growth, revenue accountability, and team leadership at scale

Case Study / Strategy Session
Take-home or in-person; design a 90-day viral marketing plan for a hypothetical new product launch (fintech, telecom, or retail partnership)
Founder / CEO Round (Jimmy Donaldson)
30-45 min; cultural fit, understanding of MrBeast's ecosystem and audience, vision for turning attention into action, and appetite for speed and scale
Final / Team Debrief
Confirm team structure, hiring plan, and 90-day roadmap with leadership
