Your Mission
Establish consistent editorial calendar and content strategy for spokesperson's Twitter and LinkedIn, achieving 15-20% engagement rate lift
Map and coordinate with DGPN departments to develop 10+ approved talking points and messaging frameworks aligned with institutional priorities
Organize 3-5 media interventions and public speaking opportunities; track media placements and sentiment
Set up crisis communication protocols and response templates for real-time social monitoring
Grow spokesperson's social following by 30-50% through strategic content and cross-channel amplification
Deliver 2 major institutional events (recruitment campaign, national initiative) with integrated comms strategy
Establish monthly media relations dashboard tracking coverage, reach, and key message penetration
Create reusable content library (language elements, graphics, video clips) used across 56-person communication team

Interview Process
