The Challenge

Mills is a 72-year-old equipment rental leader building its organic growth engine. You'll own the SEO strategy and web optimization to drive qualified traffic and leads across a major B2B platform in a high-growth phase.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit current organic performance (GA4, GSC, technical SEO) and map quick wins for traffic gains

Establish baseline KPIs for organic tráfego, conversão, e indexação to measure against

3

Prioritize and launch first batch of technical SEO fixes and on-page optimizations with dev team

4

Set up vendor management process for external SEO partner and begin weekly reporting cadence

By 6 Months

Grow qualified organic tráfego by 25-35% through keyword targeting, content strategy, and technical optimization

Improve site CRO by 15%+ identifying and testing conversion bottlenecks via heatmaps and user behavior

3

Build content calendar aligned to commercial keywords in equipment rental vertical with measurable lead attribution

4

Establish automated performance dashboards and monthly board-ready reports tracking organic channel ROI

Organic Traffic (Sessions)

Monthly qualified visitors from search engines, tracked in GA4 with conversion segments.

Keyword Rankings

Track positions for target commercial and informational queries via SEO tools (Semrush/Ahrefs).

Organic Conversion Rate

Percentage of organic visitors completing lead form or booking call relative to total organic sessions.

Click-Through Rate (CTR)

CTR from search results via GSC to identify title/meta optimization opportunities.

Core Web Vitals & Crawl Health

Page speed, mobile usability, indexation rate, and crawl errors via GSC and Lighthouse.

  • You've managed organic/SEO channels end-to-end with proven 20%+ traffic growth track record
  • You speak fluent Portuguese and understand Brazilian B2B search behavior and equipment rental market context
  • You're comfortable wearing multiple hats—strategy, execution, vendor management, and analysis all in one role
  • You live in or are willing to relocate to São Paulo and work on-site 5 days/week

Live case study or technical audit of a website; discussion of your GA4/GSC/SEO tool workflows and decision-making

Final round with Growth Marketing team lead or leadership to assess collaboration style and fit with Mills values
