The Challenge
Milani is the #7 mass color cosmetics brand and third fastest-growing in the US—and they're scaling their creator network hard. You'll own the entire influencer seeding machine across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and beyond, turning product drops into organic advocacy at scale.
Your Mission
Establish and document end-to-end seeding workflows across all creator tiers (nano through mega) with clear KPIs for each
Audit and rebuild the current seeding list: tier creators, identify gaps, prioritize outreach, and launch first batch of coordinated sends
Execute 2 major campaign seeding moments (product launch or cultural moment) with 100%+ engagement vs. baseline
Build reporting dashboard tracking send volume, creator acceptance rates, content output, and engagement by tier
Scale seeding volume by 40% while maintaining or improving average engagement rates and creator sentiment scores
Develop predictive creator identification system (using performance data) to proactively source and outreach new creators
Launch and optimize 4+ seasonal/campaign-specific seeding initiatives with measurable impact on brand awareness and conversion
Create playbook documenting best practices for logistics, outreach timing, and follow-up to hand off to expanding team
KPIs You'll Own
Creator Acceptance Rate by Tier
Percentage of seeding invites that result in creator commitment to post/engage, tracked by nano/micro/mid/mega segments.
Organic Content Output & Reach
Number of creator-generated posts per campaign, total impressions, and engagement rate (likes + comments + shares) vs. paid benchmarks.
Seeding Cost Per Engagement
Total product + logistics cost divided by total engagements generated, tracked to improve efficiency over time.
Creator Repeat Rate
Percentage of creators who participate in multiple seeding cycles, indicating brand affinity and relationship strength.
Campaign Velocity
Days from brief to first creator content live, measuring execution speed and responsiveness.
