The Challenge

Meilleurtaux is France's leading fintech serving 3M+ customers annually across credit, investment, and insurance. You'll architect a unified SEO/GEO strategy across multiple brands and geographies to capture qualified organic demand and drive cross-business synergies.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit current SEO performance across all Meilleurtaux brands and identify top 10 quick-win optimization opportunities by keyword/landing page

2

Design and socialize the SEO-GEO governance model with monthly steering committee kickoff and stakeholder alignment across Crédit, Placement, Assurances, Belux

3

Establish baseline KPI dashboard tracking organic traffic, conversion rate, keyword rankings, and GEO-local lift across all properties

4

Onboard and assess the 7-person SEO team; identify skill gaps and create upskilling plan

By 6 Months
1

Launch integrated SEO roadmap addressing technical optimization, content bridges between business units, and local GEO expansion in priority regions

Deliver 30%+ increase in organic traffic to high-intent pages (mortgage, investment comparison, insurance) through keyword targeting and on-page optimization

3

Build and test 3 cross-business content hubs that leverage placement, credit, and insurance synergies to lift domain authority and organic reach

4

Implement automated SEO performance reporting system; run monthly data-driven strategy reviews with C-suite to measure ROI and guide budget allocation

  • You've led SEO or organic growth strategy for a multi-brand, multi-geography company (B2C or fintech preferred)
  • You're data-driven and comfortable translating organic KPIs into business impact (lead gen, revenue, LTV)
  • You excel at cross-functional leadership: aligning product, engineering, content, and marketing teams around shared SEO goals
  • You're fluent in both strategic vision and tactical execution—building roadmaps AND managing day-to-day keyword optimization and content wins
  • You thrive in fast-growth, scale-up environments and have appetite for geographic expansion and local SEO complexity
Won't Work If
  • You're looking for a pure individual-contributor SEO role; this is heavy on team leadership and stakeholder management
  • You haven't worked at scale (28M+ visitor platforms) or have limited experience with geo-targeted, multi-product SEO strategies
  • You need remote flexibility; this role is on-site in Paris and deeply embedded in cross-functional alignment
  • You're uncomfortable with French language or navigating complex fintech/regulatory environments

Case study / strategy workshop

60 min: present a SEO strategy audit and 6-month roadmap for a multi-product fintech; expect data extraction and prioritization questions

Manager interview

60 min with VP Growth or CMO: deep dive on cross-business SEO vision, stakeholder management, GEO/local strategy, team scaling

Team meet & greet

30 min with 2-3 members of current SEO team: cultural fit, communication style, learning philosophy

Final discussion

30 min with exec sponsor: compensation, onboarding, success metrics for month 1 and quarter 1
