About The Role

Are you a strategic digital native marketer who is passionate about driving measurable growth through highly targeted digital campaigns? MediaTek is looking for a results-oriented Senior Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team for the US and Europe regions. This is a unique opportunity to build and execute innovative digital marketing strategies with a heavy focus on highly targeted digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who excels at both high-level strategy and hands-on execution. You will be a campaign architect and a digital marketing expert, collaborating deeply with our business units to create multi-channel campaigns that deliver impactful, measurable results. What You'll Do

As the Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you will be a key driver of our B2B marketing strategy, focusing on personalized engagement and measurable success:

  • End-to-End Campaign Ownership: Drive the full lifecycle of digital campaigns, from initial strategy and planning to execution, optimization, measurement, and reporting.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner closely with Business Units, Product Marketing, Sales, and Creative teams to develop and execute integrated multi-channel strategies, including email, digital advertising, SEO/SEM, and social media.
  • Website & Asset Optimization: Assist in testing, advising and optimizing compelling campaign assets, including landing pages, infographics, banner ads, social posts, and campaign copy to improve user experience and conversion.
  • Operational Excellence: Manage a clear and comprehensive campaigns calendar, ensuring timely execution of all tactics and effective lead management in collaboration with sales teams.
  • Focus on ROI: Diligently track, analyze, and optimize campaigns to ensure a high return on investment and alignment with business objectives. Do periodic competitive benchmarking to ensure sustained share of voice.
  • Data-Driven Growth: Work with team members to report on defined KPIs. Utilize deep data analysis and industry best practices to uncover insights and continuously enhance program performance for target accounts.

Requirement

Minimum Requirements

8-12 years of related digital marketing experience, with a minimum of 2-3 years dedicated to highly targeted B2B digital marketing strategies in the tech industry

Proven experience in digital marketing, including LinkedIn advertising, social media, display marketing, AEO, SEO, SEM, and website optimization.

A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing; an MBA is preferred.

Strategic & Innovative: Expert knowledge of B2B marketing campaign best practices and a passion for innovating with new digital and social marketing tactics.

AI Native: Highly proficient and conversant with AI Platforms and proven experience in using various AI tools and platforms

Collaboration & Project Management: Exceptional project management skills and proven success in collaborating effectively within a cross-functional team, particularly with business units and enterprise sales organizations.

Driven & Resourceful: Highly organized, process-oriented, self-directed, and resourceful with a strong bias for action.

Adaptable: A calm and resilient attitude in high-stress, tight-deadline situations, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.

Communication Power: Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

LinkedIn Expertise: Deep knowledge and experience using LinkedIn as a strategic B2B marketing channel is a significant plus.

Salary range: $171,200-$244,000

Employee may be eligible for performance bonus, short- and long-term incentive programs. Actual total compensation will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience and qualifications.
