- Historial comprobable escalando campañas y adquisición rentable.
- Experiencia administrando presupuestos relevantes de publicidad. Excelente conocimiento de consumer psychology y direct-response marketing.
- Excelente criterio creativo.
- Dominio avanzado de performance marketing.
- Experiencia desarrollando funnels y optimizando conversión.
- Experiencia trabajando con CRM y equipos comerciales.
- Capacidad de desarrollar y dirigir producción audiovisual.
- Uso avanzado y cotidiano de herramientas de inteligencia artificial.
- Mentalidad analítica y profundamente orientada a resultados.
- Inglés avanzado o bilingüe.
- Capacidad para liderar equipos sin dejar de ejecutar.
Sueldo: $40,000.00 al mes
