- Native German speaker fluent in French or English—you understand local nuance and can adapt messaging
- You've shipped SEO/SEM campaigns and social content that moved metrics (traffic, leads, engagement)
- You're comfortable wearing multiple hats: content creation, paid media strategy, partnership outreach, analytics
- You thrive in early-stage market entry where you own the narrative and can iterate quickly
- You're mission-driven and excited by fintech's role in financial inclusion
- You need German to be secondary—native fluency is non-negotiable for local market credibility
- You prefer deep specialization over breadth; this role demands social + SEO + SEM + content in one
- You expect a large support team; you'll likely be the solo German growth marketer initially
- Hybrid work doesn't appeal; this role requires in-office collaboration in Grenoble/Paris
