The Challenge
Marriott International needs a Field Marketing Manager to drive hotel portfolio performance across Latin America. You'll own customized marketing strategies for multiple properties, translating global brand initiatives into local wins while managing relationships with hotel owners and internal teams.
Your Mission
Audit current marketing performance across assigned property portfolio and identify top 3 growth opportunities per property
Build relationships with key property leaders, owners, and internal stakeholders to understand business drivers and marketing needs
Develop quarterly marketing roadmaps for 2-3 pilot properties with specific channels, budgets, and KPIs
Establish baseline metrics and tracking dashboards for portfolio performance monitoring
Launch customized annual marketing plans for all assigned properties with measurable goals and ROI projections by channel
Demonstrate 15-20% YoY lift in key performance metrics (occupancy, ADR, direct bookings) across pilot properties
Execute 2-3 co-branded regional marketing campaigns across your portfolio leveraging global brand strategies
Train and manage BMD support coordinators with documented quality standards and performance evaluations

Track direct and attributed revenue lift from marketing initiatives across assigned properties vs. baseline.
Marketing ROI by Channel
Measure cost per acquisition, conversion rates, and revenue generated across digital, social, and traditional channels.
Property Goal Achievement
Monitor quarterly progress against negotiated KPIs (occupancy %, ADR, direct bookings) for each property.
Owner/Property Satisfaction
Track stakeholder feedback through quarterly business reviews and relationship health scores.
Campaign Execution Rate
Percentage of planned marketing activities executed on-time and on-budget vs. annual roadmap.

Is This Role For You?
- You have 4+ years of marketing experience with 2+ years managing people or projects in hospitality/travel
- You speak fluent English AND Spanish—you'll navigate both corporate and local property conversations daily
- You're comfortable building custom strategies for different stakeholders (owners want ROI, brands want standards, properties want simplicity)
- You thrive in matrix organizations and can influence without direct authority over property teams
- You're data-driven and can tie marketing activities to revenue, occupancy, and ADR metrics
- You need remote flexibility—this is 100% on-site in Mexico City
- You prefer creative/brand work over strategic planning and relationship management
- You don't speak Spanish fluently or have zero hospitality/travel industry exposure
