M5CAIRO is a veteran-owned AI consulting and app development company helping small businesses get AI-ready. We’re early stage, growing fast, and looking for someone who wants to grow with us.

This isn’t a role for someone looking to manage what already exists. We’re looking for a builder — someone who sees an early-stage brand and gets excited about the opportunity to shape it from the ground up.

What you’ll own:

• Brand strategy and execution across LinkedIn, TikTok, and email

• Audience growth and lead generation

• Copy that connects — clear, human, and conversion-focused

• Creative marketing without a big ad budget

• The full funnel from first impression to booked call.

What we’re looking for:

• Demonstrated proof of growing something — a brand, a following, a business. Show us real numbers

• Experience building an audience from scratch, not just inheriting one

• Sales awareness — you understand marketing’s job is to drive revenue

• Strong writing ability. Your application will tell us everything we need to know

• Someone genuinely interested in what M5CAIRO is building

The Interview Process:

We keep it simple but we take it seriously.

Application — email with your background and proof of work Initial call — 20-30 minutes to meet and answer questions on both sides 30-Day Plan — shortlisted candidates will be asked to submit a written 30-day marketing plan for M5CAIRO before a second call. This should cover what you’d focus on, how you’d approach audience growth, and what success looks like at the end of the trial. We’re not looking for perfection — we’re looking for how you think The 30-day plan is your audition. It tells us more than any resume ever could.

How the Trial Works:

Candidates who move forward enter a structured 30-day paid trial. Both sides sign a simple one-page agreement upfront outlining benchmarks, payment terms, content approval process, and confidentiality. No surprises.

Trial benchmarks — all of the following must be met:

• Deliver a refined written strategy for M5CAIRO’s brand and content within the first 7 days

• Publish a minimum of 8 pieces of approved content across our platforms

• Hit a measurable growth target set together on day one (example: 20% increase in LinkedIn impressions, 50 new followers — we agree on the specific number before the trial begins)

• Submit a brief written update every Monday covering what was done, what’s planned, and any blockers

• All content goes through M5CAIRO for approval before publishing

Payment: $500 paid upon successful completion of all benchmarks at day 30.

If benchmarks aren’t being met or communication goes dark, the trial ends early. We’ll flag concerns in real time so nothing is a surprise at day 30.

What Comes After:

For the right person this becomes a long-term role with a revenue share structure and an equity conversation. We’re building something with staying power and we want the person who helps us grow to share in that growth.
