The Challenge
Logos is a purpose-driven tech company helping churches access biblical content globally. You'll be the analytical backbone of their Go-to-Market org, turning messy data into strategic decisions that drive growth and retention.
Your Mission
Audit current marketing dashboards and data infrastructure; identify gaps in measurement and reporting standardization
Build your first self-service dashboard in Power BI or Tableau covering core GTM metrics (CAC, LTV, funnel conversion, campaign ROI)
Conduct 2-3 deep-dive analyses on high-impact questions (e.g., campaign performance, customer cohort trends) and present findings to leadership
Establish cross-functional alignment with Marketing, Sales, and Ops on shared KPI definitions and success metrics
Design and implement standardized reporting framework and best-practices playbook for the GTM organization
Develop suite of proactive insights (monthly trends, anomaly detection, growth opportunities) that inform strategy without being asked
Optimize marketing spend efficiency by identifying underperforming channels and high-ROI opportunities; quantify impact
Lead data integrity initiative: map data sources, document issues, propose and implement solutions to ensure reliable analytics foundation
KPIs You'll Own
Campaign ROI & Attribution
Track marketing spend to revenue generated across channels and campaigns to optimize allocation.
Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
Monitor cost-per-customer by channel and cohort to ensure efficient growth.
Funnel Conversion Rates
Measure conversion at each stage (awareness to purchase) to identify optimization opportunities.
Customer Lifetime Value (LTV)
Track long-term value per customer to inform retention and upsell strategies.
Dashboard Adoption & Usage
Monitor stakeholder engagement with self-service analytics to ensure tools drive decision-making.

- You lack hands-on technical skills in SQL, BI tools, or data manipulation—this isn't a management-only seat
- You're uncomfortable with ambiguity or data quality issues; you need everything clean and pre-packaged
- You're not fluent in Spanish or not based in Mexico City; the hybrid setup requires on-site presence
